Bio

I'm a 22 year old girl (I refuse to call myself a woman). I'm a paramedic in just about every possible environment-- I work 911, a level 2 ER, and a private ambulance service (who also provides stand-by service to a nationally known and respected racetrack).

This journal is my "private" journal-- no one I know reads it, and I wish to keep it that way.

It will mostly involve my weight loss and toning, and my rants about it.

There will be pictures of my progress that are not safe for work.

In the past, I was anorexic, and I was even hospitalized in an ICU for critically low potassium.

I want to do this the healthy way.

I have terrible self-esteem. I am doing this for me. I have been in shape my entire life, and right now, I am so out of shape that it's rediculous.
